A content piece is one unique post supplied for scheduling, including its approved caption, graphic, photograph, video or link. When the same content is formatted and published across the platforms included in your package, it counts as one content piece. Substantially different versions created for separate platforms may count as additional pieces.
2. Do I need to provide the captions and graphics? arrow faq
Publishing Essentials is designed for businesses that already have their content prepared. You provide the final captions, graphics, photographs, videos, links and preferred publishing dates. Publishing Partner includes light proofreading, while Content Support Partner includes limited caption development and branded template graphics. Additional writing and design support can also be added separately.

Publishing support is available for commonly used platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and TikTok. YouTube uploading and scheduling can be added based on your needs. Your selected platforms and their technical requirements will be confirmed during onboarding.

Absolutely. Your support can grow as your business and content needs change. Additional content pieces, platforms, graphics, caption support, YouTube uploads, engagement and reporting can be added to your package with advance approval.

Content Publishing Support begins with an initial three-month agreement. After the initial term, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
